Description of the Venue Much has been written about this unusual place that exists in a mythical city. The city has been spotted in different parts of the world, usually in mid January. At one time it was seen floating over the Atlantic ocean, just off the coast of Maine. Strange noises were heard drifting down to squash the ears of passing fishermen. A few years later the city was spotted, nestled quietly in a valley high up in the Himalayas. Large rolls of paper, like endless scrolls, pushed outwards at the city's edges. There were strange words and stranger pictures, all flowing over the mountains. |
