Starving artist is a joke term we've all heard but anyone who has experienced hunger knows it isn't funny. After the holidays, the Winnipegs food banks are in the red. The Art's Birthday Collective (abc) invites everyone to celebrate Art's Birthday by bringing a non-perishable food item for the Winnipeg Harvest food bank to Art's Birthday at Video Pool on January 14 and 15th 2005. Celebrate the 1,000,041th birthday of art with a gift for the hungry. It may even feed an artist you know. |
